All our engineers have enhanced DBS clearance and carry their proof copy with them for inspection at all times.

Standards & Regulations

All work is carried out in accordance with P.U.W.E.R. 98, BS4163 2021, A.C.O.P. Standards and our own Service and Maintenance Schedule.

Reporting

As the work is carried out, an engineer’s report is filled in listing each machine, giving the results of the safety tests, plus any replacement, or new parts required. On completion of work our engineer will run through their findings with the contact person and request a signature, one copy will be given to the customer. And our copy will then be returned to our office for processing. All machines that meet with the current regulations will be issued with a certificate.

Certificates

All machines that do not come up to the required standard will be listed on the report and a quotation stating parts that are required plus a costing to carry out the upgrades and recertification will be sent to the customer.

A Certificate of Safety will be issued that must be retained for 5 years.
